There is also this option that my friend Cindy seems to like:
have successfully used a fertile focus scope. The only thing you have to know with fertile focus is it does NOT show the date of ovulation, but rather, the release of hormones that will cause ovulation (about 4 days later). Also, bitches can "stall out" in the cycle, so after you observe 'ferning' on the monitor you need to continue checking until no ferning shows up (showing that they are moving on through the cycle). >>
